This can be fixed by forcing the Platform Target on each project to x86 instead of Any CPU. I am not sure why Any CPU doesn't work, but it does.

Network interface change == went from wired to wireless so the wired IP is now not valid.

Need to support:
- network changes
- internal and external TFS servers.  to do so have to register with IP address since it might be a WAN address TFS will need rather than and internal.
